This popular musical takes a lighthearted view of small-town vice and statewide political maneuvering. The Chicken Ranch, known since the 1850’s as one of the better palaces of pleasure in the state, falls victim to the righteous indignation of the puritanical Watchdog and his TV cameras. Miss Mona and her bevy of bordello beauties have entertained governors, senators, mayors, and even a few victorious football teams over the years, but even political power has its limit. Pretty girls and great country-and-western score!
